Responsibilities:
- Identify problems and formulate solutions for improvement of business, based on research.

Qualifications:

System Administrator
The primary responsibility of this position is to accomplish the day–to–day operations of Infobuilder Technologies, Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
- Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
- Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to Organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers and Partners.
- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Create and verify backups of data
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
- Review application logs

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing financial data and performance – both current and past
- Preparing reports and projections based on the analysis
- Establishing and evaluating profit plans
- Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Guiding the cost analysis
- Projecting and forecasting pricing of company products based on global market trends
- Developing and executing effective pricing strategies

Qualifications:

- Encoding, grooming and scanning of documents.

- Works with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate.
- Develops and prepares reports for daily progress of projects using MS Excel.
